LM Group Real Estate, one of the leading real estate agencies on the Costa del Sol since 2013, hosted a conference held on International Women’s Day which was attended by over 150 women.

At the conference, the company’s co-founders Juan Manuel Velilla and Marina Nitzak, together with Alfredo Bloy Dawson, announced the launch of their initiative: the LMG Real Estate Academy and introduced ‘Selling Spanish Sunsets’, the academy’s first educational program, which is focused on training foreign professionals various aspects of the real estate market in English.

This course is the first of its kind, offering a comprehensive 5-week curriculum featuring interactive video masterclasses led by experts in their respective fields. ‘Selling Spanish Sunsets’ comprises 10 modules, each consisting of easily manageable tutorials and self-assessment tests. Those who complete all the modules and tests will receive a Diploma upon completion.

“We are proud to launch this magnificent project, which will serve as a foundation of practical knowledge for all those who are curious to enter this market. There is much interest and demand for this type of training, and our goal is to create an international real estate community to educate, connect and inspire”, said Marina Nitzak.
