And although not all of them are within the reach of all potential buyers, there are properties that are more than appealing including an apartment with two bedrooms for just €89,000 and a three-bed townhouse for €106,000.

But be quick as prices are on the rise. In March 2024 residential property for sale had an average price of over €3,000 per square metre, an increase of nearly 20 per cent compared to 2023.
