Cascada is bringing back another of its signature collaborative dining features on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26 as the restaurant reintroduces the ‘6 Hands Experience’. A lunch or evening treat for real fine food lovers.

For the April event, Cascada will welcome renowned chef Jean Covillault to the kitchen, joining resident executive chefs and brothers Jacques and Mathieu Lagarde for two exclusive services at the end of the month. The 6 Hands concept is designed around the excitement of a limited-time experience. The chefs create a special menu specifically for the weekend, giving guests the chance to taste dishes that won’t be available on a typical visit. The event is also supported by Eladio Frutas y Verduras, whose incredible produce goes into the creation of this interesting and seasonal menu.

The three chefs have collaborated to bring a special menu exclusively designed for the weekend

For the indulgent occasion, the three chefs have created a menu that moves from refined starters into richer, comforting flavours, before finishing on a sweet high. Diners will begin with Iberian pork terrine with hazelnuts and pickled radishes, followed by marinated eggs with caviar and anchovy, plus a selection of country bread and saucisson. The meal continues with a fragrant bouillabaisse, then a stuffed cabbage with duck, pork and foie gras. Dessert brings a lighter touch first with Fontainebleau cream, before ending with profiteroles with vanilla ice cream, pistachio praline and chocolate sauce.

There is a genuine story behind this particular line-up of talent. Covillault and the Lagarde brothers first met during their time on Top Chef, and have continued to collaborate ever since. After Jacques and Mathieu visited Covillault at his restaurant in Paris last year, Cascada is now returning the hospitality by hosting him in Marbella. Covillault’s visit promises a dining room full of energy and laughter.

The stunning setting of Cascada adds to the magic of the dining

The beautiful setting is also part of what makes Cascada such a draw. Located in the foothills behind Marbella, the restaurant sits beside a cascading waterfall and flowing river, offering a relaxed, natural serene feel far away from the town.

Guests who would like to join on this exciting culinary experience can choose between two services:

  • Saturday, April 25 (Dinner) 6-course menu €100 with optional wine pairing: €45
  • Sunday, April 26 (Lunch) 4-course menu €50 with optional wine pairing: €35

Booking is strongly advised for this occasion of great gastronomy.
