A new wellness workshop aimed at parents and children is coming to Boho Club on Saturday, May 2, with the aim of giving families a shared introduction to the science and practice of breathwork.
Growing Aware, is a family wellness initiative founded by digital growth consultant and entrepreneur Viktoria Boyding. Together they will host the guided breathwork session at Wellness by Boho from 1pm to 2:30pm.
The work shop is designed to benefit the entire family as a whole
The session is designed for parents and caregivers to attend with their children, aged five and upwards, with no prior breathwork or mindfulness experience required. The experience has been created to be accessible and engaging for younger participants but staying genuinely impactful for adults, with both groups moving through the same guided journey together.
Breathwork has grown immensely over the last couple of years as a practical tool for emotional regulation, nervous system balance, improved focus, and mental clarity. Growing Aware’s sessions are built around making these benefits tangible for families as a unit, rather than as individuals.
The co-hosts have come together bringing their expertise to create a session full of tools and techniques
The session will be co-hosted by Jay the Soul Coach, a life coach and breathwork facilitator with over a decade of experience working with both adults and children. Jay’s approach combines breathwork with a four-pillar coaching method designed to build emotional strength, self-belief, and balance using science-backed techniques.
Growing Aware is a concept Viktoria Boyding created with a broader mission, to give children and families tools for emotional, mental, and physical health from as early an age as possible. Future events under the Growing Aware umbrella are looking to expand into movement, yoga, nutrition, and mindset, all delivered in a family-friendly format.
In a fast paced world full of screens and over stimulation it’s easy to see why mindfulness is having such an impact on people of all ages.
The event will be held in the wellness space within the Boho Club on Urbanizacion Lomas de Rio Verde. Tickets and full details are available at the boyding.life website, and boyding can also be followed via Instagram. Places for the May 2 session are limited so don’t wait if you are interested to participate.
