Arrested for receiving stolen goods

GUARDIA CIVIL in El Ejido arrested a 39-year-old man for allegedly receiving stolen goods from robberies in homes, warehouses and greenhouses in the Poniente area. The warehouse where the goods were located was found after several vehicles were seen on a road which is difficult to access. Outside, the officers saw a man handling a radio who attempted to escape when he saw them.

Inside they found batteries, car radios, drills, saws, electric generators and many other objects.

The stolen goods remain at the Guardia Civil station in El Ejido for identification.
