THE Junta de Andalucia and town halls in Almeria have paid more than €87,000 to obtain the ‘Q for Tourism Quality’ flags for the local beaches.
The Junta has paid the most through direct grants aimed at achieving or renewing the award given by the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute. These grants have gone to Adra, Almeria, Berja, El Ejido, Pulpi, Roquetas de Mar and Vera.
