EXPERTS have recommended that the remains of Spanish dictator General Francisco Franco be removed from the Basilica at the Valle de los Caidos near Madrid.
His family would then be able to bury the remains wherever they decided, although their removal would require authorization from the Church.
Franco was the only person who didn’t die in the Civil War to be buried in the Basilica.
