I TAKE care of my mother, soon to be 102 years old.
What home help we were receiving through the government has been frozen due to the crisis and I am finding it very difficult to care for her alone as she is very incapacitated.
Age Care came to my rescue and volunteered to pay a month’s fee of €2000 to a local elderly people’s home, which enabled me to visit my son and grandson and take a much needed break.
I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and generosity because without them it wouldn’t have been possible.
Also a big thank you to Bay Trees, Benalmadena Costa, who took wonderful care of my mother, Enid.
