TORREMOLINOS Council has written off a hefty fine imposed on six youngsters for defacing town property with graffiti.
The decision was made after the youngsters agreed to remove more than 300 images from street furniture, urban facilities and school walls around Torremolinos.
They had been sentenced to pay a €20,000 fine for breaking a municipal ordinance, which makes it illegal to paint graffiti on public spaces.
