Body believed to belong to missing British teenager

SEARCH teams have reportedly found the body of a missing British teenager who disappeared while kayaking on the Rio Guadiaro on Wednesday, March 25.

The parents of the 16-year-old, who lived in Cortes de la Frontera, had reported him missing yesterday after discovering he was not spending the night with friends as they had previously assumed, and his kayak, oars and clothes were found in the area of Gaucin.

A Guardia Civil search and rescue team reportedly found a body, believed to be the missing boy, in the river at 9.40am this morning.
