PERIODIC tests on fountains in Inca by the Health Department have thrown up worrying results.
The latest report revealed that six of the seven fountains tested broke regulations for chlorine levels.
The only one that passed the test was Orient fountain, while those on Avenida de Reis Catolics and Campana were found to have three times the maximum amount permitted.
The local PSOE socialist group has called for better maintenance on the fountains and urgent measures to correct the levels to avoid Legionella bacteria appearing.
