Safe beaches in Capdepera

THE beach unit of the Local Police in Capdepera is already up and running for the new season.
The team is made up of four members who will ensure beach regulations are been complied with; the main issues these police officers deal with are preventing illegal activities such as street trade, alcoholic beverages consumption, accessing the beach facilities carrying items made of glass and illegal massage services amongst others.
The areas with an increased activity are Cala Agull and Son Moll, where the service began back in May when beaches were already attracting crowds.
