Music sweeps up the streets of Almuñecar

ALMUÑECAR is living a musical celebration in the midst of the Tropical Festival of Music Bands, which will run until June 28.
The event features local and Scandinavian bands, whose next performance will take place on Thursday June 25 at 8.30pm at the town’s Plaza de la Constitución, with the participation of marching bands including Hana Skolekorps, Grindbakken Skole Musikkorps and Norden Nesodden. These bands will also parade through the streets of Almuñecar town centre on June 26 (Friday) starting at 11am, finishing at the El Majuelo Park.
The closing event will take place at the gardens of the Palacete de la Najarra on June 28, with a performance of Scandinavian band Borgen Skolepors at 8.30pm.
