After the owner of the bar also baulked at serving them, the sozzled pair began to push and shove him, with a client leaping to his aid.
Eyewitnesses have described how the victim died after taking a heavy punch to the back of the neck as the two men exchanged blows. He crashed to the ground, hitting his head off the concrete and died moments later despite desperate attempts to revive him by police officers.
The man who struck him quickly scarpered from the scene leaving no trace and forcing police to depend on witness testimonies, but investigators arrested a 34-year-old Polish man on Tuesday, December 13.
