Marbella mayor Angeles Muñoz helps accident victim before ambulance arrives

THE Mayor of Marbella Angeles Muñoz has been photographed giving first aid to the victim of a road accident in pictures posted to social media today (Monday).

Muñoz, who has medical training, was seen with the victim of the accident on Marbella’s Avenida Ricardo Soriano. The pictures were posted by the Marbella se quejar Facebook page.

“This is why you have to have a mayor who is a doctor. She witnessed an accident on Ricardo Soriano and helped the victim while the health services came,” the page said.

Muñoz and Marbella City Council have yet to comment on the incident.
