A BRITISH man who broke his neck following an accident at a Benidorm water park has spoken for the first time. The family of 23-year-old David Briffaut said the accident could leave him paralysed. He has been taken off life support and is now back in Britain, according to family members. The 23-year-old, from Essex, snapped two of his spinal cord vertebrae in the accident. A crowdfunding campaign backed by comedian Jason Manford has raised more than €83,000 to cover his medical bills.
