CATALAN police have arrested a 70-year old man on charges of killing a man in his eighties during a disagreement in their retirement home in Sant Just Desvern in Barcelona, Spanish media reported.
According to the reports, police believe the 70-year old whacked his fellow resident with his walking stick when they got into an argument on Monday night, and because of his advanced age the blow could have caused the octogenarian’s death.
Police have opened an investigation into the unfortunate incident.
