ALFAZ residents can exercise at home with the personalised training App https://www.muviment.com/training/lalfasdelpi This was introduced recently by Rocio Guijarro and Oscar Perez, respectively Citizens’ Participation and Sports councillors at Alfaz Town Hall. The free service TECH Friendly and Runnea sets out to help Alfaz’s population combat the sedentary regime enforced by the coronavirus lockdown. Muviment Alfaz del Pi offers personal training plans and diet guidelines designed to promote healthy and active lifestyles. The App allows users to choose three levels – low activity, active and very active – deliberately chosen to suit all ages and abilities. Readers wishing to use the App should register at https://www.muviment.com/training/lalfasdelpi giving details of gender, weight, height, age, previous injuries and previous or existing illnesses. They will then be provided with an eight-week activity programme tailored to their individual needs.
