The real estate show, which will be held from May 22 to 25 in Madrid, already has more than 150 companies with more than two months to go before the celebration of its new edition, which stands out for its particularly international focus.
With just over two months to go, SIMA 2024 has, to date, booked 85 per cent of its space, confirming the attendance of more than 150 companies, both national and international.
During this year, SIMA will present parallel events: the Investor’s Lounge will stand out for its renewed programme focused on the latest investment trends and methods. At SIMAPro, topics such as the shortage of housing supply and flexible living will be addressed.
Eloy Bohúa, managing director of Planner Exhibitions, the event’s organiser, said that the high level of space bookings reflects a strong interest in the event, which is a positive sign for both the real estate market and SIMA’s global relevance.
Among the confirmed entities are leaders from different sectors related to the real estate industry, such as Aedas Homes, Básico Real Estate and Gilmar Consulting Inmobiliario, among others. SIMA 2024 is a key platform for future trends and business opportunities, reaffirming itself as an important meeting point to address the challenges of the sector and promote innovation, sustainability and international collaboration.
