Tess Daly shares snaps of her glamorous Mallorca escape with fans

Tess Daly has given fans a glimpse of her Mallorca escape, sharing a series of holiday photographs as she took the opportunity to slow down and enjoy some time away.

The television presenter posted a collection of images from her time on the island, capturing sunny days beside the Mediterranean, time with friends and moments away from her usual television commitments.

Daly described the break as a chance to “slow down, reset and recharge”, giving her followers an insight into a more relaxed side of her summer.

And while the Strictly Come Dancing star’s photographs offered plenty of Mediterranean sunshine and beautiful scenery, they also revealed some of the different ways she has been enjoying Mallorca.

A different side of Mallorca

Rather than simply spending her days beside the pool, Daly’s photographs showed her making the most of the island’s outdoor lifestyle.

One image showed the presenter practising yoga on the rocks beside the sea, with the Mediterranean providing a spectacular backdrop.

The photograph captured the quieter side of a Mallorca escape, with Daly appearing to take a moment to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

She also shared a photograph taken while walking through Palma, offering followers a glimpse of the island’s capital during her trip.

The contrast between the historic streets of Palma and the rugged coastline featured elsewhere in her photographs highlighted just how varied a Mallorca break can be.

Tess Daly showcases her own swimwear

Daly also took the opportunity to showcase her own swimwear designs during the getaway.

Several of the photographs showed her wearing pieces from her Naia Beach collection, with the island providing a natural backdrop for the designs.

The presenter has been involved with the swimwear brand, and the holiday images allowed her to combine her time away with a glimpse at some of the collection.

With Mallorca’s sunshine, beaches and Mediterranean waters providing the setting, it was perhaps an ideal location to model the pieces.

The photographs gave fans a closer look at Daly’s holiday style while also showcasing the swimwear against the kind of backdrop associated with a Mediterranean escape.

A day at Gran Folies

Another photograph shared by Daly featured Gran Folies Beach Club in Andratx.

The seaside venue is located on Mallorca’s southwest coast and is known for its spectacular position beside the Mediterranean.

Its appearance in Daly’s collection added another recognisable Mallorca location to her holiday update.

Alongside the yoga photograph, Palma walk and swimwear shots, it helped paint a picture of a trip that has combined relaxation with exploring some of the island’s best-known spots.

A year of change for Tess Daly

The Mallorca break comes during a significant period in Daly’s personal life.

Earlier this year, Daly and her husband Vernon Kay announced that they were separating after more than two decades together.

The couple had been married for 23 years and said they had made the decision amicably.

They also made clear that they remained friends and would continue to prioritise their two daughters, Phoebe and Amber.

Daly’s latest holiday photographs, however, focus firmly on enjoying time with friends and taking a break.

There is no focus on her separation in the Mallorca update, with the presenter instead sharing images centred around sunshine, friendship, wellbeing and her surroundings.

Mallorca in the spotlight

Daly’s photographs offer another glimpse of the island during one of its busiest periods of the year.

For British visitors, Mallorca’s appeal goes far beyond its beaches. The island offers historic cities, secluded coves, luxury beach clubs and opportunities to enjoy the Mediterranean outdoors.
