SPAIN’S national Met Office, AEMET, has upgraded their severe weather warnings for Malaga, the Costa del Sol and the majority of Andalucia today (Sunday). There are now orange warnings for heavy rain in the provinces of Cadiz, Huelva and Malaga. Yellow alerts are in place for heavy rain in Almeria, Cordoba, Granada, Jaen and Sevilla. Additionally, there are yellow alerts for thunderstorms in Almeria, Cadiz, Granada, Huelva, Malaga and Sevilla. And to round off the alerts for Andalucia there are yellow warnings for high coastal waters in Cadiz. Many areas throughout the rest of Spain also remain on weather alerts too…
