FEARS are growing for a missing teenage girl who was last seen outside a shopping store in Staffordshire, England.
Caitlin Wright, 14, vanished from outside Primark in the the busy town centre of Burton-upon-Trent, at around 11.30am yesterday (December 29).
Police have now launched an appeal and officers are said to be extremely worried about her disappearance.
Caitlin has been described as white, of medium build with long blonde hair and wears a black nose ring. At the time she went missing, she was wearing a red, white and blue hoodie, black jogging bottoms, a black bandana as a head band and white trainers.
Issuring a statement, Derbyshire Police said:
“We’re very concerned for the safety of missing Derbyshire teenager Caitlin Wright who was last seen in Burton town centre this morning.
“Caitlin who is 14, was last seen near to Primark, in Coopers Square at around 11.30am.
“It is thought that Caitlin may have travelled to Birmingham.”
As Euro Weekly News understands, anyone in the UK who has seen Caitlin, or knows of her whereabouts, is asked to contact Derbyshire Police immediately on 101, or through social media channels such as Twitter or Facebook, quaoting reference number 682/Sunday, December 29.
