Within the wider plan of rehabilitating 346 homes and renovating two streets, the Urban Planning Councilor, Jose Orozco stated that the aim is to make the properties “more sustainable“, “benefiting practically 1,000 people.”

So far, each of the 13 lots offered obtained bids. The budget for each of the lots ranges from €21,000 to €55,000, taxes included.

These are located at Avenida Rei Jaume I, Zubeldía, Metge Adolfo Quiles, Camp Preciós, Bon Repós, Conde de Altea, Garganes and Gabriel Miró. The contracting table is currently reviewing the bids from the 14 companies.

Once obtaining the contracts for technical assistance in project drafting, construction management and health and safety coordination, the companies will have 12 months to execute their developments.
