“Invest in your life” – Alexander Pichlmayr

Alexander was a teenager when his family moved from Germany to Spain. He left his life in Munich, clueless about what to expect of the Mediterranean region but after living in Spain for almost 30 years, he realizes that his family, home and business can only be here, in Costa Blanca.

When Alexander´s parents moved to Spain, they faced a language barrier and it was no one other than their son who was still studying at school that helped them overcome the struggles. “I remember being 14 and standing in court, speaking for my parents, and translating legal documents to help their business,” shared Alexander. 

Soon enough, aged 16, Alexander´s focus distanced from high school to his family’s business and the world of real estate. He has been working in the Spanish property market since 2003 and in 2009 finally founded his company, Inmo Investments. 

With more than 20 years of experience in Costa Blanca´s real estate, Alexander is now the managing director of Inmo Investments, sharing the spacious office in La Zenia with his wife, Denisse Concha, as the administrator. His knowledge of the Costa Blanca area, North and South, has now expanded from being a business interest to becoming the home of his family. 

With his diverse team of workers, including Spanish, French, Polish, German and others, Alexander encourages people who move to Spain: “Invest in your life,” for there is no limit to how successful and dynamic your life can become here.
